dear jane offers store credit only. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. 
 
Items can be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase with a sales receipt. Return item/s purchased online must be returned within 10 days of receiving the item/s. Items must be in *original condition to receive an exchange or store credit. 
 
All sale items, intimates, and jewelry are FINAL sale, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. This also includes purchases made using coupon codes and promotions.
  
*Original condition:
Items that have not been worn, used, or tampered with in any way with all original tags attached.

To initiate an online return, please email us at shop@dearjanewinterpark.com. 
 
 
Please do not send your items back until it has been approved by dear jane.
 
 
Subject your email “online return with your first and last name”.
Ex: Online Return Carrie Bradshaw
Within your email please provide us with the item/s that you are returning and your reason why.
Allow us 1-3 business days to approve your return.
Once approved, you may send the item/s to the address below.

A Store Credit will be issued to you once we receive and inspect your item/s. Your store credit will be saved for you under your online dearjanewinterpark.com account for future online purchases only. Please note, online store credits and gift certificates can not be redeemed for in store purchases made at our Winter Park location. If the items are not returned to us in the original conditions we will not issue you a store credit. dear jane is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We ship USPS First Class (you may upgrade to 2-day priority for an additional cost). International shipping is currently unavailable. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process.
